How to Find Your Marketing Power Zone

Have you ever noticed on some treadmills that there is a setting called the "fat burning" zone? Theoretically, if you keep your pace, speed and incline at a certain level, you will maximize your work and keep your body in its prime "fat burning" zone. Which is obviously the goal if you are spending some time on a treadmill - you want slim, trim, tangible results!
