Toyota leads first Fuji practice

Toyota started its home round of the World Endurance Championship on top as it beat Audi in opening practice at Fuji. Kazuki Nakajima, back in the Toyota line-up for the first time since the Le Mans 24 Hours, set the pace with a lap of 1m28.809s. Benoit Treluyer made a late improvement in the championship-leading #1 Audi to take second from Allan McNish in the #2, but was still 0.419 seconds down on the Toyota
